I’m looking for information from someone who has had Gastric Bypass surgery?

How has your results been ? Knowing what you know now, would you have done the procedure ? How long should I expect to be out of work?
I had mine in Oct 2007. I’ve lost 156 pounds..9 more pounds to go to goal weight!! I have had ZERO complications. ZERO. I would do it again in a heartbeat! I am 510". I was 31 when I had the surgery. I weighed 335 the day of my surgery and now weigh a nice 175. 166 is my goal for my height an body structure. It was the best decision I ever made…besides marrying my husband :0)
You can expect o be out of work for at least 4-6 weeks. it all depends on how you heal. It is MAJOR surgery!
