Gastric lap-band surgery…has anyone on here had it?
My sister is considering gastric lap-band surgery. Have any of you had it or know anyone who has had it? How do you get insurance to pay for it? She is about 5′ 8" and weighs about 240 lbs. She has no problems with blood pressure. She did have gestational diabetes with both of her pregnancies and we have a family history of diabetes. Any advice or tips I can pass along to her?
